Both the influences of the hearty, savoury cooking of the Oberberg region and elements of modern international cuisine with its different sources of inspiration are skilfully implemented by our kitchen crew, with customary sophistication.

We’re always ready to respond to special requests too. Here, fresh regional products of the season are right at the top of the ingredients list.

On Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day

– it’s our tradition to close, so that we and our staff can celebrate a peaceful Christmas with their families. On Boxing Day, we’re gladly here for you again!
